We delivers training on STCW / BST, ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, VGP, MLC, SOLAS, and more. KALIAN also has an "On Demand" offshore training service which is designed specifically for the maritime industry. The Computer Based Training is easy to use, interactive, self-paced. CBT also includes assessments and certificates. They are also SCORM compliant and can be added to any SCORM compliant Learning Management System (LMS). Last but no least we offer a wide variety of high-end, customised packages on request like vessel and operation specific courses, scenario & emergency response courses and marine advisory services etc.

Transportation Services

Our team of professionals are dedicated to providing a superior level of cost effective service which exceeds the requirements of our clients. Our ferrying service utilizes on efficient motor launches to expedite pick-up & drop-off of agents/crews from in-port & OPL anchorages to and from shore. Today, we offer round-the-clock offshore launch services using our own fleet of high-speed, air-conditioned supply and crew launches at strategic ship supply bases in the major ports of Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and South East Atlantic. Accurate and safe, all operations are ISM & ISPS compliant, and supported by STCW95-licensed staff and personnel. Our launch crews also provide emergency response and incident management support. Our range of additional transport services includes but not limited to crew support lifeboat and life raft service, mooring rentals, pilotage and vessel tracking, tender preparation & evaluation.

Risk Management Report

The most important vessel activity we support, involves the identification of the risks inherent to logistics processes and facilities as regards, the condition of infrastructure, fire fighting & emergency response measures, the physical security of installations and their protection against armed robbery, natural risks, as well as any breach of the rules and regulations governing the business or the processes involved in handling and storing goods. Following the fieldwork we've carried out onsite, the outcome of the risk audit have been set out by our expertise in a final report that covers those incidents identified, listing the possible causes and their consequences (ie fires, accidents, safety and security, damage to goods, etc), furthermore assessing the probability of each event’s occurrence and its potential final impact on the company. This report is actually a versatile Risk Map that provides an overall risk form, including the submission to the shipping company’s executive and management bodies of recommendations and plans for improvement regarding risk situations and normal pursuit of its business.
